Come to class 5 times a week for two months. 
This is a short, intense commitment that produces significant, revolutionary, evolutionary, and energizing results quickly. Doing the class steadily, five times a week for eight weeks, creates the most significant changes quickly. You transform from the inside out into a new healthy self.  You can do the "Bikram Challenge" doing only Bikram Yoga classes during the two months, or you can do a "Yoga Challenge" doing many styles.

Why should I do it?
Because you are worth it. And it's only two months! Two months of body-shaping, toxin-dumping, form-slimming, muscle-loosening, eye-whitening, heart-healing, strength-building, mind-calming movement.  Besides, it's fun and it works.


What do I do after eight weeks?
After that, you can drop back to two or three times a week to maintain your new self, stamina, flexibility and strength.
