If you are new to
yoga (even brand new) and you are ready to dive right in, we
have several class options that are appropriate. Try
Bikram's hot yoga, totally beginner friendly. Any Hatha
Basics class, special Restorative Workshop or a Kundalini
class will work. Another regular offering we have is our
"Beginner's Beginner series", this is a four-week, 4 class
series for $40: just for brand newbies! Check the home page
for the link. Additionally we run a variety of "new student
specials" at any given time to entice even the most
reluctant beginner! See the home page for details on our
most current offering. Just remember to keep a good
attitude, have fun and breathe!
Things to know when arriving for the first time:
Please come at least 15 minutes early.
Bring a yoga mat (...if you have one. We rent and sell them
too.)
Wear comfortable clothing, nothing too baggy or loose. Or
too thick or heavy.
For Bikram Yoga students, bring a towel and water, come
hydrated, and wear as minimal clothing as you are
comfortable with!
Bring your best attitude!
