November 17th:
Monday Night 6pm Class now Intermediate Vinyasa with Amy!!
Wednesday Night class moved to 6pm, and is now Eclectic with
Theresa!!!!
Sunday 6am Silent Bikram Canceled as
of December 1st.
Thanksgiving Weekend Schedule
Changes (Nov. 27th-30th):
EAST: T-Day: 8:30am ONLY.
Rest of weekend remains unchanged.
WEST: T-Day: 8am ONLY. Sat. Comm. Class Canceled. Rest of weekend
remains unchanged.
There is no more Free
Community Class offered at our east location. There is
still a Free Community Class at our west location, 3:00pm. This
class will move back to the east side come July.

OneTreeYoga,
reflects our philosophy of yoga as a canopy of life force,
energizing, calming and healing all who enter its embrace. From its
deep roots in Eastern thought and discipline, yoga has produced many
branches, some of which we teach, all of which we respect.
At our OneTreeYoga
west location, 156th and West Center Road, we offer lockers and
showers. Our original studio, opened in May of 2000 under the name
Bikram Yoga Omaha, continues in it’s location on 50th and Dodge,
with a full schedule of classes. You will find all of our teachers
at both studios. Additionally, all of the teachers at One Tree Yoga
meet or exceed the 200 hour level training qualifications set forth
by Yoga Alliance.

We’re proud of our excellent teachers who regularly enhance their
knowledge and skills with continuing education opportunities. Our
workshops and seminars, often led by famous yoga masters, are open
